What we will not promise
Honesty up front. If we cannot help, we will tell you on the call.
- We will not promise a fix on the call until we have seen the failure live. Diagnosis comes first; commitments after.
- We do not work with content that is illegal, deceptive, or designed to game compliance training. We will say so politely and end the call.
- Some "emergencies" are LMS configuration problems we cannot fix without your LMS admin in the room. We will tell you that on the call and stop the clock.
- If the right answer is to rebuild rather than patch, we will say so even when patching is more billable. The reputational cost of a bad fix is not worth it.
