What we will not do
A partner relationship is built on knowing where the lines are.
- We do not approach your end-clients directly. If they find us, we redirect them back to you.
- We do not publish your client work on our portfolio without your written sign-off — even if you sign-off, your client name stays off the case study unless they also approve.
- We do not undercut your pricing to your client. The 15% discount is yours to keep, pass on, or split — your business model, not ours.
- We do not work with two competing agencies on the same end-client brief. First-in wins; the second one gets a polite "conflict" message.
- We do not chase invoices through your end-client. Our contract is with you; payment terms and currency are between us.
